February 8, 2024 – (New York, NY) – Venezuelan national Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa engaged in a shooting after a shoplifting incident having crossed the southern border in September 2023.

February 4, 2024 – (Hewlett, NY) – Bechir Lehbeib, claiming asylum and suspected of North African origin, stole a flag and assaulted a homeowner. Entered the U.S. via Arizona in November 2023.

February 4, 2024 – (Chicago, IL) – Venezuelan gang member shoots transgender person in the groin; witnesses refuse to cooperate fearing reprisals from the gang. Venezuelan free.

January 30, 2024 – (Minneapolis, MN) – Alonzo Pierre Mingo, previously in ICE custody, impersonated a delivery man and shot three people. His immigration status was not confirmed, but prior ICE custody suggests illegal presence.

January 27, 2024 – (New York, NY) – Group of illegal aliens attacked NYPD officers, causing injuries. The assailants were congregating near hotels used as migrant shelters.

January 13, 2024 – (Montgomery County, PA) – Venezuelan national Brayan Alejandro Gonzalez-Paez involved in fatal crash killing two passengers while driving unlicensed and uninsured. Entered the U.S. illegally on May 5, 2023.

January 9, 2024 – (Boston, MA) – Haitian national Pierre Lucard Emile arrested for allegedly raping a developmentally disabled person. Entered the U.S. in Brownsville, Texas, in December 2022 and was released with a Notice to Appear.
