April 30, 2024 (Providence, RI) – ICE re-arrests Dominican illegal charged with drug trafficking after Rhode Island Superior Court releases him back into the community.

April 19, 2024  (Hartford, CT) – ICE announced that it has re-captured an illegal alien who had sexually assaulted a child less than 13 years old. The alien was freed by the Harford Correctional Center who refused to honor ICE’s request to hold the illegal. The warden of the Hartford Correctional Center is Ms. Devonia Long.

April 19, 2024 (MS) – Illegal Salvador held for shooting and killing woman. 

April 5, 2024 (Sturgis, MI) – Illegal Mexican breaks into house and sexually assaults two children under the age of 13.  

 March 27, 2024 (Chicago, IL) – Illegal Venezuelan accused of following then sexually assaulting student at University of Illinois in Chicago.

April 12, 2024 (Boston, MA) – Illegal Brazilian child predator captured again by ICE after being released by Massachusetts authorities who refuse to cooperate with immigration officials due to sanctuary policies. Sherriff Peter John Koutoujian (D) was in charge of the facility that refused to hold the predator.  

April 12, 2024  (Houston, TX) – Police arrest 10 illegals in “stash house” used for human smuggling and child pornography.

April 4, 2024 (Lynn, MA)  – Border patrol arrest Columbian for illegally entering the country, but the release him into United States; Lynn, Massachusetts police then arrest him for “horrific” rape of a minor, refuse to honor ICE’s attempt take custody, and then release the illegal back into the public. ICE then arrests him on their own.

April 3, 2024 – (Oakland Park, MI)  – Migrant crime ring targeting Michigan homeowners away on spring break.

April 2, 2024 – (Bronx, NY) – Eight illegals arrested with guns and drugs, including three who were previously arrested on gun charges.

25, 2024 (Enterprise, AL) – Illegal arrested for raping mentally incapacitated 14 year old girl.

March 18, 2024 (Eure, NC) – Illegal North African on the Terrorists Watch List shoots up North Carolina Quick Check and then attacks police; entering the U.S. via Haiti, the attacker lived in the sanctuary city of Oakland before travelling to North Carolina.

March 13, 2024 (Rockland, MA) – Haitian migrant in U.S. under one of Biden Administration’s direct admission programs rapes 15-year-old disabled girl.

March 13, 2024 – (Palm Beach, FL) – Three Guatemalan illegals arrested for sexually assaulting a woman at gas station in residential area.

March 12, 2024 – (St. Charles, MO) –  Illegal Venezuelan woman kills 12-year-old by driving 75mph in a 40mph zone –  the wrong way.       

March 5, 2024 – (Brooklyn, NY).  Homeless Guatemalan migrant beats man with a rock in attempted robber; Mayor claims he’s not permitted to cooperate with law enforcement to help deport.

March 5, 2024 – (Polk County, FL) – 21 illegal aliens from Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela arrested in an anti-human-trafficking sting. The operation began on February 22.  

February 25, 2024 – (Kenner, LA)- Honduran national Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl and stabbing a man; the suspect entered the U.S. illegally in October 2023. 

Feb. 25, 2024 – (Langley Park MD) –  Illegal immigrant from El Salvador charged with murdering 2 year old boy.   

February 23, 2024 – (San Francisco, CA) – ICE arrested 275 illegal aliens with charges or convictions for murder, homicide, and assault against children during a nationwide operation. 

February 22, 2024 – (Campbell County, VA) – Venezuelan national Renzo Mendoza Montes arrested for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl after being paroled into the U.S. in September 2023.

February 22, 2024 – (Athens, GA) – Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra allegedly murdered University of Georgia student Laken Riley. Entered the U.S. in September 2022 on immigration parole. 

February 17, 2024 – (Chicago, IL) – Four Venezuelan migrants arrest for robbing and beating man on train. 

February 14, 2024 – (Boston, MA) – An unnamed 44-year-old Colombian national arrested for indecent assault and battery. Entered the U.S. near San Luis, Arizona, in August 2022. 

February 8, 2024 – (Midland, TX) – Mexican national Rogelio Ortiz-Olivas involved in a DUI hit-and-run that killed 10-year-old Alex “AJ” Wise, Jr. Deported five times previously.

February 8, 2024 – (New York, NY) – Venezuelan national Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa engaged in a shooting after a shoplifting incident having crossed the southern border in September 2023. 

February 4, 2024 – (Hewlett, NY) – Bechir Lehbeib, claiming asylum and suspected of North African origin, stole a flag and assaulted a homeowner. Entered the U.S. via Arizona in November 2023. 

February 4, 2024 – (Chicago, IL) – Venezuelan gang member shoots transgender person in the groin; witnesses refuse to cooperate fearing reprisals from the gang. Venezuelan free.

January 30, 2024 – (Minneapolis, MN) – Alonzo Pierre Mingo, previously in ICE custody, impersonated a delivery man and shot three people. His immigration status was not confirmed, but prior ICE custody suggests illegal presence. 

January 27, 2024 – (New York, NY) – Group of illegal aliens attacked NYPD officers, causing injuries. The assailants were congregating near hotels used as migrant shelters. 

January 13, 2024 – (Montgomery County, PA) – Venezuelan national Brayan Alejandro Gonzalez-Paez involved in fatal crash killing two passengers while driving unlicensed and uninsured. Entered the U.S. illegally on May 5, 2023. 

January 9, 2024 – (Boston, MA) – Haitian national Pierre Lucard Emile arrested for allegedly raping a developmentally disabled person. Entered the U.S. in Brownsville, Texas, in December 2022 and was released with a Notice to Appear.
